Within a building steeped in wine history we have all the modern technologies that allow, along with the oenologists’ knowledge and the quality of the vineyards, to produce superior wines which are the landmark of the magnificent Oltrepo’ Pavese.



The sparkling wines cellar

The Pinot Nero (the most noble grape for the production of great sparkling wines) and Chardonnay grapes from our vineyards allow us to obtain and offer excellent sparkling wines made through either Metodo Classico and Metodo Martinotti. The quality of these two grapes, combined with the oenologists’ knowledge, the value of our selected native grapes, the technology and the time dedicated to the maturation, contributes indeed to the production of excellent sparkling wines within the Italian scenario.
