The efficiency of our modern distillery, located within the same building of the Cantina, allows us to distillate grapes and marc while they are still fresh, maintaining their fragrance intact.
The “bain-marie” batch distillation made with copper stills, allows us to obtain the finest grappa with its defined and amazing profile.
A long aging in small Slavonian oak barrels gives the grappa delicacy and harmony indeed.
