INFORMATIVE INTERNET USERS IN THE FIELD OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION WITHIN THE MEANING OF art. 13 D. LEGISLATIVE DECREE 06.30.2003 , N. 196
In accordance with the provisions for all purposes and effects of article 13 D. Legislative Decree 06.30.2003, Cantina Storica di Montù Beccaria s.r.l., (27040) Montù Beccaria – PV – Italy, Via Marconi n. 10, in its quality of holder, informs the user about what are the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data collected, the scope of their communication and diffusion, in addition to the nature of their contribution.
The data collected from
the related constitute data object of the treatment and are treated and used directly to fulfill purposes related to the request sent by the parties themselves; they are, also, treated directly to allow the sending of commercial information, the promotion of our activities and the delivery of our services, through all the tools used by the company, such as newsletters, ordinary mail, SMS, MMS, Smartphone Messengers etc.
Among the data object of our treatment are provided the navigation data on the site www.pellepiu.it which will be treated anyway in anonymous form exclusively for the statistics of navigation.
Data treatment is processed through computer procedures or however telematics media or hard copies at the work of interior subjects specially appointed. Data are kept in paper, informatics and telematics archives and are secured the minimum safety measures provided by the legislature.
COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION:

RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES CONCERNED:
The person concerned will be able to assert their rights as declared by the articles 7, 8, 9, 10 of the Legislative Decree 30.2003 , N. 196, addressing for the holder of the treatment to the Cantina Storica di Montù Beccaria s.r.l., based in (27040) Montù Beccaria – PV – Italy, Via Marconi n. 10. In particular according to the article 7 the person concerned may obtain confirmation of the existence or less of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet registered and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication about:
A. the origin of personal data;
B. the purpose and mode of treatment;
C. the logic applied in case of treatment applied with the aid of electronic tools;
D. the identity of the holder, the responsible persons and the designated representative according with the Article 5, paragraph 2;
E. the subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may come to the knowledge of as designated representative in the territory of the State, of managers or officers.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
A. the updating, and, when he asks for it, the rectification or the integration of the data.
B. the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of the law, including those for which it is not necessary to conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;
C. the attestation that the operations referred to (a) and (b) were brought to the attention, even about their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or diffused, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or partially:
A. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
B. to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sale or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication.
The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to the accomplishment of the purposes above, unless the right of objection to the treatment freely exercisable by the user.

NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT, CONSEQUENCES TO THE REFUSAL TO RESPOND TO THE CONSENT:
The conferment of data is optional and is returned to the will of the subject who wants to request information and engage in discussions with the Holder. The lack of conferment means the impossibility to comply with requests. According to art. 23 Of the D. Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the consent to the treatment of the above data is necessary because they are collected out of contractual agreements existed before.
The consent is also necessary for the eventual promotional activities and communication of commercial nature of the company (through tools such as newsletters, ordinary mail, SMS, MMS, Smartphone Messengers etc.).
