A recipe not easy to match, mostly because of the presence of mustard, which needs a wine, like the Millesimato, with exuberant mousse and complex aromas and a off-dry final which balances the freshness of acidity and mitigates the impact of carbon dioxide.

He describes the wine as: golden with green hints, intense, clean and fine with citrus and pastry notes at nose. Tasty and well balanced at palate consistent with nose.
Very good final evaluation.
