This extra-dry sparkling wine is produced through the classic method from Pinot noir and chardonnay grapes.

EXTRA_DRYGrapes: Pinot Noir 70%, Chardonnay 30%

Vineyards: Owned vineyards which have been planted after a careful clonal selection.

Winemaking: Soft pressing of the grapes and primary fermentation at controlled temperature are made to obtain the base wines which are then blended and bottled for the secondary slow fermentation which takes place in the bottom of our winery; the final result is an elegant wine with balanced and intense aromas.

Tasting Notes: It’s a clear lemon colour wine with high intensity at nose and notes of bread and tropical fruits that characterize both the aromas and palate flavours. Finish is long.

Potential for ageing: Drink now.

Alcohol level: 12% Vol.

Pairing: It’s an excellent simply as aperetif

Service temperature: 6/8 °C
