Classic Method rosè sparkling wine from Pinot Noir grape grown in the most suited areas of the Oltrepò Pavese. Cruasè name is the combination of Cruà the ancient name of high quality vineyard/wine in Oltrepò and rosè.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Vineyards: Owned vineyards, sited in prestigeous Valle Versa, planted with specific clonal selections are trained with the typical vertical shoot position (VSP) trainings like replacement-cane or cordon-spur pruning on a marl and clay soil.

Winemaking: After a soft pressing the skin remains in contact with the must for a short time. The must temperature is technologically controlled. The 24-month secondary fermentation takes place inside the bottle with the creation of the mousse. After disgorgement and corking wine is left 3 more months to ageing.

Tasting Notes: It appears clear with medium pink color and fine bubbles; clean at nose, elegant, it unfolds aromas of the autolysis, especially bread and hints of red berry fruit. At palate is dry, with a refreshing acidity and pleasant flavor of red fruit. Mousse is delicate, finish is of medium lenght.

Potential for ageing: Drink now but has potential for ageing up to 24 months.

Alcohol level: 12% Vol.

Pairing: To consider as aperitif; to pair with delicate food.
